Beautiful bedroom, very well furnished and comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Staff provided quick help and friendly. I recommend it.

It wasnt as expensive as other options in the region. It was conveniently located and the provided kitchen was convenient.

The heat was not on regularly and we were regularly far too cold in our room, and the halls were frigid. The bathroom and kitchen trashes were not emptied for days on end. The bathrooms were clean enough, but the kitchens are in dire shape. The cookware is caked with grime, the coatings are peeling, and generally unsafe to actually prepare food in. Pretty much only good for heating up a frozen pizza or leftovers. The stairs were in borderline dangerous condition with rickety railings, ripped carpets, and sagging floorboards. We also encountered several other guests who arrived confused and had technical difficulties with the check in process and were stranded without a way to access their room. There is no in person reception and the only phone number provided is for maintenance/facilities issues.

location is fantastic, close to everything that you might want in Dover. The room was fit for purpose. Very clean.

There was no parking. The eaves in the room get in the way of your head a lot.
