New, clean, convenient hotel. Room was larger than most others.

The staff were very friendly and many spoke near fluent English so communication was a breeze. We couldn't imagine a better stay anywhere else. Dinner reservations and luggage transfers were taken care of for us. The room was smartly laid out and included a Nespresso machine with complementary pods as well as complimentary bottle water every night. The room and shower were spacious. Overall, great stay for our family.

Great place for family

One of the best experience in Japan, very kind and lovely staff, very helpful, and excellent service!! Please don’t be put off by the location, it’s not very far from metro station. Rooms are very spacious for Japan!! Will happily stay again if we are in Kyoto!

Very lovely small hotel with spacious rooms, separate toilet and bathroom, very nice room design, comfortable bedding. Hotel is located at walking distance from historical part of city. Highly recommended for couples and families.

WiFiの設定でパスワードなどを部屋の中のファイルに間違った内容を書いている。 問い合わせて教えてくれてパスワードも間違ってる、、、最悪。 せめて資料ぐらい正しいものに直しておいたらどうですか？ この程度だから、他のことを望むべくも無い。期待する方が悪いよね。 あはは。 スタッフの感じは良かったです。

朝ご飯があると書いてあったのに、もうやっていないとのことだったのが残念でした あとは完璧！とても満喫できました！

お部屋はとても広くて清潔で、洗面所もお風呂も十分なスペースが取ってあり、機能的で使いやすかったです。セパレートのトイレも最高！立地から考えても抜群にコスパの良いホテルでした。ただ、お部屋の内装がスタイリッシュ過ぎて、タオル掛けがなかったことだけが、ビジネスホテルに慣れすぎた身には不便に感じました。

是非次回も利用させていただきたい。提携の駐車場があればなお、いいのですが。

閑静な地域で、設備も綺麗かつ、壁にもこだわりがあり、シンプルだがそれだけではないデザインが大変良かった。
