Quality Inn Lewiston

Love the pillow, bed and jetted tub.

That the pool and hot tub were down, one reason I chose this motel. It should have stated on their before you pay for an expensive room that they were down.

The front entry way was nice and the staff working the counter was very friendly and inviting.

Paid extra over other properties to have the ability enjoy an indoor pool. However despite advertised the facility was closed for maintenance and unavailable. Property only had stairs with no elevators. The shower in my room had a sharp whining / humming sound when running disrupting the sleep of others in the room. Room was clean-ish... definitely could have used some extra time or a deep clean. The included breakfast was what it was...minimal options and mostly bland. Aside from that it was a place to stay, out of the rain.

I only got this room so that my daughter could swim. But upon check in the pool was out of order. The front desk agent said it would be that way for at least a few weeks. He said they could not cancel my booking, that all he could do was push out my booking date until later this year. But booking now shows that my stay had been completed when i never checked in, and was told he pushed my check-in date out.

It was inexpensive

The place was in disrepair and because of this it looked dirty even though it was clean

The front desk staff person was friendly, efficient and a good and practical person. The location is off a main road a ways but not too far. Excellent breakfast.

The backside of the inn had some blown in trash from the nearby shopping mall. My room was on that side. It would be better if outdoor cleaners cleaned that up a little.

The jacuzzi in room was only think good about my room.

The bed was very uncomfortable the bathroom floors was coming apart kept snagging my toe on it. The swimming pool and the spa was closed.

I don't recommend it this Inn. The room which i reserved somebody occupied. The pool was closed. Pool and juccuzi didn't work. They switched the room with lower quality but were charging the higher price. Even juccuzi didn't work in the room. The front desk person can't explain what is going on. This is happening for the first time in my life. Very terrible!
