Quality Inn Lewiston

Front desk receptionist at check in was very kind and efficient. Breakfast was basic hotel food, but all tasty and appropriately warm or cooled.

My room had something that looked like blood spots in a couple of the walls and ceiling. The entire property is tired and feels dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints. I had called a couple of times to make sure everything was all set prior to arriving and the staff was great. Lovely actually. Housekeeping did a good job.

The rooms could use a facelift for sure. Just felt old and grungy, but housekeeping was good. The carpeting is very old and could use a good cleaning or better, replaced. Countertops in the bathroom were showing their age. Really just needs a good bit of updating. I will likely stay at the Holiday Inn over in Clarkston next time.

Pool was to cold to swim but the hot tub was nice

One ONLY one staff member was helpful and sincere. She came to my room and saw how dirty it was and that so many things did not work or work properly

Firstly it was dirty! It clearly was not kept up to any maintenance or cleanliness standards. The carpets were stained and warn. The walls and ceilings were scratched and stained. The towels and sheets were old and dingy. The breakfast offered was horrible cold and not enough for the people staying there. The staff other than one lady was uncooperative and uncaring. The grounds were covered with garbage and old items from the hotel in piles. My room was dirty and many things did not work! When I say dirty it had the prior residents dirty towels in it and the shower was never cleaned it had hair and soap scum. My stay was horrendous! Never again! I asked for a refund non yet nor any response from property

The room had an overwhelming smell of weed and the hot tub was green and smelled horrible.

Very spacious room, great pillows and towels

The bathroom needed a little more tidying up. I found a hairball on the floor by the toilet and there was hair all over the shower as well. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay

Decent continental Breakfasts and location very nice, clean rooms freindly staff, nice pool and hot tub & rate.

Pool was not heated.. Or not working?
