Quality Inn Lewiston

Coffee and waffle maker were good. Air conditioner worked well if set lower than desired temperature.

Shower head adjustments did not work; minimal water pressure. Hole in wall around Shower arm. Light and charging station would not work if the bed moved the slightest. The shower curtain rod was bent/not hung straight, so the curtain would slide to the center of the rod. Draft stopper missing from door, so had to use 1 of 2 provided towels to block light and add sound from the hallway. The security latch on the door was very loose. Advertised with 2 pools, only 1. 2 floors no elevator. Stairs were are far ends of the hallway; long way to haul luggage to center rooms.

The location was good.

Pretty much everything could have been much better. It was filthy from the entrance all the way to the bed. Linens were poor quality, limited towels, pillows were half size. But mostly it was filthy.

Just relaxing from check in to check out.

The bed was to soft and the pillows too big. There were plenty of towels.

The check-in was easy and staff was friendly.

This was the second time we've stayed at this location and both times the key cards did not work upon initial check in so we had to connect with the front desk to get them reset. Also our room door was open upon arrival. The bathroom for was uneven as well. The breakfast was cold and we think we got sick from eating the sausage and eggs. Was disappointed because we had a full day of travel after leaving and had to make a lot of stops along the way.

Overall wee got what we paid for. Bathroom floor falling apart. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Trouble with key cards.

Rugs needed cleaning. One employee was not friendly or attentive and spent every minute that I saw him on his phone, even moved outside to continue looking at his phone and to vape!!!! Shower/tub very scary for disabled. Very few towels. Coffee week and not hot. AC worked well. Bed comfortable. More pillows and towels on request.

Our room was gross, stained carpet, black mold in the shower, smelt like sewage in the bathroom. This building is in need of updating. We even checked the bed for cleanliness and bugs. The chair was uncomfortable. Very sad because the staff that checked us in was extremely professional and nice.
