Horrible staff who overcharge. When my husband asked about the charges the front desk lady literally freaked out and called the police. They were confused as to why they were called since the lady running the desk was acting completely insane screaming that he wasn’t listening to her. My husband showed the police where we were charged three times twice by the hotel and once by booking. The lady said that booking.com scammed us and they never take payments. We then had to leave cause we were afraid she do something to us in our sleep. Do not waste your time or money at this place. Go to river tree across the river in clakston.

The smoke detector started chirping at around 1 AM our second night. I contacted the office and they first suggested that they would add a note to the log and the problem would be resolved later that day. I asked for a new room and the office sent a man to replace the battery in our smoke detector. That solved the problem.

We chose to stay at this property for the indoor pool. We paid a higher rate for this pool and were unable to use it because of the cleanliness. The pool had residue along the sides and a film on the surface. The room itself was equally disgusting. We arrived late for check-in to our room. AC was completely off making our room miserably hot. We were unable to sleep right away because it took hours to finally cool the room down.
