Red Roof Inn Milford - New Haven

Just off the interstate

Bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. No available power sockets (other than in bathroom next to sink) for charging mobile phone or tablet without unplugging air con.

Close to Milford harbor facilities, where I was going. Each guest room door (only entrince) exits directly onto parking lot (no center hall), my car was very close. Room windows provide direct view of parking lot, could keep eye on car (check that car was alright).

Room very stark, Bathroom very very stark, worse than instiutional. Difficult to find power socket to plug phone charger into. Only one I found was behind one bed night stands. TV connection/information less than mininal. No breakfast food/drink at all.

Close to where we needed to be. Quick trip to the beach.

The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke.

I think for the money it's a good value

The price was more reasonable compared to other hotels.

The hotel was very old. It needs to be renovated. There were unpleasant odors. The beds were very old and uncomfortable.
