Comfortable bed, hot water, friendly staff

Dogs found old food behind fridge/microwave and the paint in the parking lot was running due to rain and got on tires, shoe, dog feet when trying to unpack.

We did not stay got there and had to leave do to roaches ! We have a picture. Also several flys in the room . Had to drive home in the middle of the night . Front desk response was yes we have a big problem. I feel like a refund is in order!

EVERYTHING! After enjoying a family trip to Knoebels, we headed to the hotel for the night. I did not even check in due to the fact that one family member checked out prior to me getting there due to roaches in her room and another family member left as well. My sister was in the process of leaving when I got there because her room smelled like a cat litter box and they couldn't even close their door because the smell was so bad. I ended up just canceling my reservation and scrambled to find a different place to stay. I'm not happy that the front desk did not seem at all concerned with our situations. We will NEVER stay here again! In addition, the family member with the roaches in her room reached out to Corporate and they spoke to the manager who of course said they would never leave a room in that condition or with bugs, so they sided with the manager. Very bad customer service!

Clean, easy to get to well lit parking lot

The room smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower was hot. The flooring seemed new.

No hair dryer. The tub drain was rusty and dripped constantly.

Slightly dirty but whatever you get what you pay for. The problem I have is that somebody tried to enter the one of the rooms I rented in the middle of the night with a keycard and the front desk is unresponsive to concerns
