Room smelly, not really clean, bath door had a hole, fridge door didn't close, cheap bedsprings. With really good earplugs and a sleeping pill, however, I was able to sleep, had no bedbug bites, and I still had a catalytic converter the next morning, so it could have been worse.

The beds were comfortable but the room smelled like dogs. It was "recently" redone but not well maintained. The bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Overall clean, just worn. Outside they had a double sided diner bench as a bench under a tree... very strange.

Room smelled like dirty feet. Stains on comforter and sheets.

Easy to book and check in. Convenient for us with a dog who wanted to go to Knoebels.

Shower was kind of gross. We didn’t use it.

Room was very dirty. Stains on the sheets, dirty toilet, sticky stuff stuck on the carpet, gummy bears behind the bed and water hardley drained in the shower. The place also smelled horrible.

Clean quiet room, pet friendly without small weight restrictions. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful.

I talked with my husband about the rating he would give and we both agree on a 1. Check in was okay, not the friendliest but ok. The keycards looked gross. No clue what was on the envelope; I don’t want to know. The outdoor stairs & walkways were dark & dingy, with cigarette butts & rags practically everywhere. Once we opened the door to our room, the smell, oh the smell!! It smelled like an old smokers seedy motel. Yes, the furniture appears new, & the room has been painted. With all that, how hard should it be to keep it clean & well stocked for the next guests?? We had no TP when we checked in. We called the front desk & ended up stopping someone outside the room & ask for TP. We were given two additional bath towels. Obviously there was a language barrier. I used Clorox wipes to wipe down all handles, switches, counters and sink to remove lots of hair, towel rods, & wiped up the urine on the seat and around the base of the toilet. There were unknown smears on the TP holder and tub as well, again, don't want to know what those were. The carpet runners also has bad stains. Save your money and stay elsewhere!!

For the price the room was clean and comfortable. Zero complaints. This was an overnight stay after a Penn State football game. I love these motels/inns in this price range. All we need is a bed to rest! Then leave for home the next morning! Only 1hr or so east of State College, PA. Not a bad drive. Just wish some guests were considerate when walking their dogs. Almost stepped in a pile of poop as I walked out of the lobby. Gotta pick it up! (But this can happen at any hotel/motel property.)

The room had not been completely cleaned, and there may have been a plumbing backup that discolored the tub and left hair and soap residue. By the time this was discovered, there wasn't time to change rooms. Also, there were residents roaming the grounds and dogs barking into the late hours and early AM.
