"I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SEVICE AGAIN! What a rip off!"

You know dammed well that you made the reservation for the week later than I had booked it. The staff and I both talked with you by phone to get you to change the date. You refused but promised my $82 free would be returned in 2 weeks. It never happened.

You booked the date for a week after I had chose online!

"One night hotel"

Convenience to where we needed to be and price of the room.

Room was run down. Scratches all over the bathroom door. Shower leaked. Walls in room dirty. The beds very uncomfortable. Rude guests. I haven't been here in several years and was a good place but now seems to be going down in some things.

"Pleasant enough stay, just please don’t have cleaning staff waking everyone up hours before checkout time."

Great location for where we needed to be for the next morning

Cleaning lady coming to the room at 8AM and 10AM knocking on the door to tell us we need to be out by 11. Yeah, we know…that’s every hotel ever. Didn’t need to be woken up at 8 am for that. We were dressed and walking out the door when she knocked again at 10AM If we have until 11. We have until 11. Front desk lady in the morning though was very nice and cheerful.
