Booked 3 rooms - suppose to be together were not - one room suppose to be handicap accessible - only thing was the toliet with hand bars, no roll in shower like it indicated, said I did not book that room. Would not work with me to get one. One room toliet leaked - no wash clothes in one room - tv remote did not work in one room.

Dirty, room smelled awful we had to go buy air freshener to make it through our stay. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was moldy and disgusting. My expectations were low to begin with but this was worse than expected.

0 stars wasn’t an option, so I had to give it 1. From check in to check out, we had nothing but issues. I was given a lot of attitude by the man at the desk for booking 2 handicap rooms - obviously we needed them or we wouldn’t have booked it. One room wasn’t even handicap accessible! Room 1 was average at best. The bathroom door was off the hinges so it didn’t even close. There was paint missing off the door too. The phone in the room didn’t even work. The room also smelled like poop. Room 2 was even worse. There was a giant hole in the bathroom door, and there was cobwebs around the room. The pull down shower head had no water pressure- it was like a trickle. The room was also listed as smoke free but it definitely smelled like someone smoked like a chimney in there. There was also no phone in the room. We didn’t get fresh towels on the second night of our stay. So I walked down to the lobby and was met with the same man who checked us in. When I asked for fresh linens, he was very standoffish. He even had the audacity to ask me to go all the way back to my room and bring him the dirty linens before he would give me new ones. I refused and then he said he would bring new ones to our two rooms. We had to wait at least 30 minutes and it took us a second trip to the lobby to get the towels. Then, the same man came to our first room and said that a girl called from our other room and said that someone in the first room called because they fell in the shower and couldnt get up.

The room was outdated,dingee, stains on the wall, weird smell, tv remote didn't work, the pillows were like accent pillows for a couch will not stay there again I'll pay the extra money

This place is a dump. It was barely clean and had a weird kitchenette area with absolutely nothing in it. The next time I go out to Danville (Know held was the destination), I'll stay somewhere else.

We arrived late and the hotel was easy to find. The sheets were clean. The staff was pleasant. The cost was cheap.

Overall the hotel seemed dirty and run down. There was peeling paint on the walls/doors and an odd brown/reddish liquid stain on the walls in the bathroom area. There was dirt on the floor on our arrival. The top comforters seemed dirty as well. We basically slept in our clothes, touched nothing else in the room, and left in the morning.

Our room smelted of cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. Even worst was the strong smell of urine. We didn’t complain to the front desk because it was a holiday and our children were tired. We tried to just accept it was a more budget friendly motel “you get what you pay for”. After leaving my family and I felt itchy. We never had any experience before with bed bugs so we didn’t know what to look for however we spent hours bagging and cleaning our property before entering our home.

The night shift was very pleasant however the house keeper came looking in our window and knock before check out and our room was just very smelly.

The bed was ok.

Rotting bathroom door posts, dead flies everywhere, hole in wall, door was nasty and someone put a dirty peace of paper in the spy hole. Construction crew didn't stop till 3 a.m. (3 people with electric sanders for hours into the night)

I spent less than an hour in my first room. I found blood on one of my pillows. There was no smoke detector in the room instead it was a hole in the wall with wires hanging out. It looked like there was a recent drywall hole fixed in the bathroom but they didn’t bother to clean up after it was fixed.
