the 1st room I was put in, 319 facing the pool, seemed fine when I first arrived. However once night came and I turned the lights off, turning the lights back on to use the restroom revealed a cockroach problem. It wasn't one or two IT WAS MANY COCKROACHES. My boyfriend also got bit, we took a picture. At 2am we went to the front desk and had to wait 20 minutes as no one was there. We finally got a new room and that room, 310 facing the front, didn't have the security lock and until the day I checked out, the bathroom light and the light over the sink DID NOT WORK!! Had I not been in FL for a emergency trip to get a biopsy I definitely would have checked out completely and stayed somewhere else!!

I didn't stay cause they tried to charge my card for the room before my arrival when I was tompay at the property so I canceled the card and wont try to stay there again, all kinds of RED FLAGS went up when they did that ,I have Never ever had this happen it makes me not trust the facility so mo no service was made
