Housekeeping was abysmal.TV didn't work. Phone didn't work.4 days and no one cleaned or brought fresh towels or linen. One evening female staff accused me of having a pet . I don't have a pet.absolutely

Infestation and very dirty also had to wait almost 2 hours to get checked in so they could clean the room that was still dirty. Horrible experience

I liked the bed it was comfortable and the TV showed good

it could have been better if the front desk clerk did not just opened my door like she was coming in, While I had company over we was laying in bed looking at TV and the door just open lucky I had the latch on the door and it could not be open all the way up
