I arrived at 3:30. My check-in was 3 o’clock when I got there I was told that my room will not be ready for another hour and a half. I said OK no problem. Can I go and come back later tonight they say yes you pay full go right ahead. So I come and check in early morning like 4 AM get to the room. The room is dirty. Move the dresser to plug-in. The phone two roaches crawled up around the headboard go to use the bathroom another roach in the tub. The whole experience of the room was just terrible. The staff who I spoke with that morning. She was rude. Disrespectful made us leave. The premises really kicked us out and I explain to her multiple times. You can’t kick us out because I do want my money back, we paid in full till Monday and because we paid through booking.com. I can’t get a refund like today so if I pay till Monday and I’m agreeing to leave but my other room won’t let us check in until 3 o’clock. I have the right to sit here until my room is available. I drove six hours to get here And paid in full. For this room till Monday. she sent housekeeping up to the room two different times two different housekeepers to tell us check out was at 11. I have the room till Monday. I’m not understanding how you gonna kick me out if I can’t get my refund. How you beat me mad like you paid for this room. So she called the cops and lied on us to get us off the premises. I have videos that is not letting me upload of roaches, crawling by my food around my head on the headboard

Maybe add hair dryers. And add a vending machine that accepts debt cards.....

Lights was out all night, mold and dirty

Beds were decent.

The room did not have a microwave nor a refrigerated. Very inconvenient..

The price was good and it was near enough to Tampa where I can stay and go into town whenever I wanted.

The room was terribly dirty. The sheets had shoe prints all over, the phone didn’t work and when we finally got ahold of the lobby for new sheets they made us go look for them ourselves and put the sheets on the bed ourselves. There were roaches everywhere, a hole in the bathroom wall and to top it all off the whole room smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a no smoking hotel.
