SuB Villas Bali

Everything was amazing! Would highly recommend this villa, it is beautiful! The host was so friendly, she would answer any messages very quickly and helped to organise transport from the port for us. We ran late for our arrival but the drivers and host were super friendly about this. Each room is beautiful and well accommodated with great facilities and you can catch a lovely sunset from the balcony. There is security nearby to look after the villa and a cleaner so we felt very safe. There is also an amazing taco/mexican 2minutes walk from the villa so would recommend this too. If I come back to Canggu again, I would definitely stay here, such great value too!

There is no privacy when we are in the level 1 toilet. All level 1 toilets are open and the contractor from the construction site can see us having shower or doing our business. We can even go to the next toilet at level 1 via the open area.

Next to the villa, there are constructions with hundreds of workers, trucks, and bulldozers. They woke us up every day at 7 AM, and the noise continued all day until 7 PM. POOL - I would call it more of a pond than a pool; it was never cleaned. A/C - The air conditioning doesn't work, and it was unbearably hot at night. BEDS - Extremely uncomfortable; even the Balinese massages I had every day couldn't help relieve the back pain caused by the uncomfortable beds. SHOWER AND BATHTUB - Unusable; the water was always freezing cold, only in the afternoon could we get lukewarm water. NO PRIVACY - There is no privacy between the villas; you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. In short, I wouldn't recommend this villa even to my worst enemy.

It’s not clean and one of the shower handle was broke but when we tell the staff they kinda confront us that it was our fault and said it was fine before us When i complain to the owner of this villa (he is turkish) he suddenly give no response, but when we talk about money before we come to the property he responds us really fast not like when we arrived at the property he ignored our complain. Also there is construction in front of the villa, it was loud.

Approach road was not proper; a signage on the main road would be really helpful to guide guests to but the Lane where the Villas are located

The facilities are quite bad. 1. The toilet flash are sometime are out of service, 2. The water supply was shut for 30mins without notice. 3. The worst part is no signboard going in to the villa. We were lost every time going back to the villa. 4. Aircond in one room is not cold at all. Only fans.

The villas were aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful pool and rooms

We were a family of 26 so we had to rent 3 villas. We rented villas so that we could bond. It was a family reunion. The owner or whoever it was knocked on our villa’s door and shouted telling us basically to shut up because it was a “friendly neighborhood” there were no neighbors mind you. But it turns out the owner lived just beside our villa. I mean, what did he expect?? We had 3 kids with us and they all had bug bites on their faces. They didn’t provide any solution to this like insect killers (rackets or the zappers) even though they knew that the villa was filled with mosquitoes. There was a construction in front of the villa and there were a lot of construction workers just staying outside which made us feel unsafe. They could also see into the toilet of villa 2 which made my uncle move to avoid getting seen and break their soap dispenser (which we had to pay for) The common areas didn’t have fans which made it super hot. You have to request for fans. The villa we stayed before this had staff that were very accommodating and nice. We didn’t really feel the warmth in this villa.
