"Straight up disgusting"

The location being close to the airport and the price

The room smelled like old cigarettes, the beds were stained and we found 2 live cockroaches. The staff did nothing about it after or offer a refund whitch i should be fighting for cuz we were there for only 5 minutes before high tailing it out of there

"Uncomfortable, couldn’t wait to leave"

Very dirty. Strong tobacco smell. No water to shower. Overall uncomfortable experience. I payed through booking and were asked to pay again and the property plus a 50 usd deposit.

My room was infested with roaches and centipedes. Staff is not helpful and unwilling to help with room swap.

"I already did. These survey is too long."

The room was dirty with knots of hair on the ground, Cheetos crumbs in the restroom floor. It was supposed to be a non- smoking room but it smelled heavy. Not to mention the dirty comforter with cigarette holes on it. Not at all what I expected.

The whole experience. I do not want more emails from booking.com

"Invest in your rooms, not just the lobby."

You can tell the room has been patched and patched and patched. The point of repairing a room, is also to cosmetically return it to a pristine condition. Caulk around the tub is cracked, dry and missing. Bed liner sheets are pilled and rough. We registed for 4 guests/2 days, but yet were only supplied with enough for the equivalent of two (towels, shampoo, soap). The internet gets flagged as weak security and the TV is like from the 90’s(small chunky flat screen, that has terrible controls to navigate).
