What was unique was the gangs that stays in the hotel which came with a flock of woman sellingu no what,one of the days it was a riot police had to come over 4 cars deep now how unique is that for a travel with your kids and mom whom is 84 years old!

"Lacking Red Roof Inn Brand Standards"

This is a legacy Red Roof Inn property (in architecture); however I do not feel that this motel is what Red Roof Inn corporate would want to use as their flagship property. It obviously has seen better days. At check in, the lobby was locked, and the desk staff were conducting all business through a window in the vestibule. This is not uncommon during overnight hours, and was typically the case during COVID, however this was around 5PM and not after dark. This was also the case at check out. From what I could see, they have a beautiful lobby, of course it appeared that the front desk counter was cluttered with papers. This makes me question the safety of the neighborhood and/or the clientele they attract. The room itself was very basic and run-down. No desk. There was a nightstand that was not properly placed, seemed it was just thrown in the room. The channel line-up on the television was limited, and did not even include local network stations. As is typically the case for Red Roof Inn, there was no breakfast offered, however there is an IHOP next door.
