booked a reservation, got a text an email confirmation saying my reservation was confirmed. arrived to check in and said it was overbooked. then went to “check if the rooms were available” after saying it was overbooked. never got refunded. never got sent anything that my reservation would be cancelled and i would get a refund for the inconvenience.

Good afternoon, I made a reservation for two nights for Monday night and Tuesday night, June 23rd and June 24th, 2025. We were scheduled to check out at 11 am on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 11 am. We reserved a handicapped accessible room. When we arrived, Sai- the receptionist, told me the Handicapped accessible room was not available, and they could offer us another room. he gave us the key to look at the other room to see if it was a room we could use. As I returned to my car to drive around to look at the replacement room, there were some rocks in the parking lot, and I stepped on one of the rocks and my left ankle rolled and I fell face forward and rolled and fell on the ground behind my car. I had to crawl over the back of my car and use the bumper to brace myself and get up. After several tries, I was able to get up. I scaped both knees, my right elbow, and injured my left ankle. When we went to the room, the extremely strong smell of smoke begins to aggravate my asthma. The desk chair was sold old and warn, it looks as if it was a chair retrieved from the garbage. All of the material on the desk chair was warn away, and it basically just foam cushion that was exposed. The vents on the front wall were rusted out and peeling. The bathtub was a regular tub and not a low step in accessible shower with grab bars. It was not a room we would be able to use. We returned to the front desk to inform Sai we would not be able to accept the room. AS the evening went on, my ankle became more and more painful. I will have to go to Urgent Care or the ER to have it checked out.

I stayed here for two nights. The pictures on the website and what the place looks like when you get there are completely night and day. This place has definitely seen some better days but. I enjoyed my stay here because the air conditioner was very cold and the washers and dryers worked. Washers were top load which was a plus for me. There is an IHOP and a Quiktrip truck stop across the street. You can buy all the liquor you want And coffee and snacks. There’s also a Walmart supercenter on the other side of the interstate. The front desk crew were very nice. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! They are also bobtail truck friendly.

Check in was easy. The room was not clean. The bedroom was very dirty and needed a lot of work.

Stay here if u want to die. Everyone cringed when we told them where we are staying. The bathroom had piss in it and they wouldn’t clean it for us because “we were leaving anyways”. Room smelt like weed, homeless lived under the stairs.

Myself & 2 adult sons for 2 nights to attend a memorial. Picked the because it was a national brand & assumed a minimal level of quality. This property is bad, run down & dirty. The check in was smooth but none of our three rooms were next to each other 2 were in one building & the third was in another. My room was dark & hasn't seen a good cleaning or new paint in years the top of the walls were so bad they looked like they had smoke damage, a massive jagged crack in the floor that ran the entire width of the room. The lights over the beds didn't work & the front grill of the ac unit was missing entirely although it worked well. The grout around the tub was black dirt or mold don't know. The beds were of 2 different heights. The sheets & comforter were clean but in need of replacement. The tv didn't stay connected to the wifi reception when I did find something to watch it would buffer & stop I eventually gave up & went to sleep the 2nd nite I didn't even attempt to watch TV at all. On the 2nd nite the son that was in the same building didn't sleep due to the domestic disturbance going on next door to him which included police involvement. Needs a complete total renovation. If it weren't for the people I saw that obviously live at this property I would say it needs to shut down to do a total renovation & reopen but that would displace the people that obviously need the rooms. The condition of this property doesn't match the price charged. Never again.
