Friendly front desk staff.

Location was not ideal but worked for the night we stayed there. The floors were disgusting and you could tell had not been swept or mopped. The fridge was not clean and had soda or some other liquid spilled in the bottom. The air conditioner made a horrible sound when turning on.

After I booked and paid online I tried to check in only to find they have a 100 dollar fee that is not included in the original price. I argued the fee is against booking.com terms and they lowered it to a 50 dollar cash fee that would be returned at checkout. My room was 102. There was a dead mouse and part of a weave under the bed. The wifi didn't work. I was too tired to ask them to fix it. The water was cold. I checked in at 530pm and I checked out at 430 am. I did not receive my '50 dollar deposit' back instead they said it will be returned to my debit card in 5 days. Which is a lie because I was very careful to never give them my card information. All in all, this was awful. I will sleep in my car next time. Or a ditch. Or even a fresh grave. For the price I paid, I could have gotten a place much cleaner and better and maybe not woke up to knocks every hour from guys meeting the escort next door.
