The sleep

It was dirty and didn't smell good at all the room was nasty

Convenient and location

Too noisy and air conditioner not working as expected

There was an initial issue with the first assigned rooms due to smell of cigarette smoke, they changed our rooms (reserved 2), However when I received my credit card statement, I was charged for the first room assigned along with the second 2 rooms. I attempted to call them for 2 days, approximately 56 times with phone ringing, never an answer or an ability to leave a message. There is not another contact number found through booking .com or on the internet. Called credit card company to refuse payment for the first room which is still pending. Terrible customer service to not have an ability to speak with someone at the property

The new headboards they put in

Bed was super uncomfortable and room had no ventilation

Available late at night.

Rooms were not clean, dog hair and signs of possible bed bugs. Beds did not feel comfortable. Left within 5 minutes of checking in.

Staff was beyond helpful as far as local info an nice personable

Dirty dirty rooms are not kept up with at all feom dust thick around bed wall headboard thing, around tv dusty had allergies wild was thick, stuff in drawers got on clothes, floors not swept at all,stained top cover took it off, no shower plug for bath not that I would of sit in the dirty tub anyway, half tv channels wouldn’t come in just if wasn’t getting in at 2 am I would of switched hotels disappointed bad
