"The room felt dirty in every way. We were just to tired to leave."

Did not eat breakfast

Room was rancid with smoke. Bag was still hung over smoke alarm when we checked in. Sold as a smoke free hotel.

Never got to stay. Arrived and there were police and yellow tape everywhere. And when I asked the police officer if I was able to get in sometime tonight, he was very rude and said did you see what happened I said no I just got here and we're trying to get in. He replied WELL LOOKS LIKE YOUR NOT THEY'RE CLOSED... And just walked away.

"Love the staff"

Im writing Solely because of the staff, I've been here over a month and everyone has been more than fantastic. There's two men particularly that I want to thank for such hospitality and kindness, and Being so pleasant. Sadly, I should know their last names, but I don't but the morning person Mark has been such a help and such a pleasant person though every morning speak to. Then there's also the afternoon person Cameron, who has been such a delight to always so upbeat and quick to help.

"Lodger beware."

DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU ROOM 124. The room was filthy, missing lightbulbs and had a strong smell of smoke like a chain-smoker's convention had occupied the (100% Smoke free) room prior to our stay. I put a washcloth on the floor and cleaned a 16 inch circle with it and it was black. If the room had been cleaned in a month I would be very surprised. I get that it's cheap and we were not expecting the Hyatt .We travel on the cheap often but this was hands-down one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. We'd stay in a shack as long as it was clean and warm. We highly recommend NOT staying here especially with children.
