USAlmost clean. Floor was dirty and sticky. Tub was dirty.
1. I waited for my first and only person working to finish her smoke to walk in so I could check in. 2. I had already booked ahead of time and paid. Still waited about 15-20 minutes to provide keys and sign. During which time she was on speaker phone with her daughter and they had a full conversation while I waited. Meanwhile another customer came in and waited to ask a simple question. While I was still waiting. 3. walked to my room and found it was open, didn't need my key. 4. After settling in turn the TV on found it wasn't even connected. I had to connect and figure out all the cords and since you weren't able to move the TV far was difficult. 5. We drove for 10 hours straight and exhausted, didn't need this hassle. Top it all off with a camera located in our bathroom !!! Yep, unreal. 5. Someone walked in WITHOUT knocking as I was naked. Which was the housekeeper and 30 mins. later still sitting right by our door waiting for us to leave. I couldn't make this up if I tried. Never again! And I will be contacted BBB and every review platform I can.
