Good hotel

Not a rocking toilet and faucet that was secure

It was under staff and this shouldn't be a hotel . Smoke smell all over even the non smoking area is not guaranteed. Cobwebs everywhere. Pothole in the parking lot

Sub standard for days inn The staff canceled my booking. He was very nice. Irooms had smoky smell.

There were some young men outside the hallway just hanging around.

We were charged twice and I had to spend so much time on the phone to get a refund for the second charge. Then at 1am staff tried entering our room waking up two children 2 and 4. I called and they said that they thought I checked out at 1am? It made no sense and we couldn’t get much sleep. Overall the experience took away from our trip.

I thought I had booked a hotel with a pool, found out I didn't. I was disappointed in that. I didn't really feel like it was a safe neighborhood, didn't feel like a vacation hotel, more like a hotel that people live in. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. If there was breakfast, i didn't see it. We checked out at 9 am and I didn't see a breakfast in the lobby. One of our rooms had a mini fridge but the door wouldn't stay shut, our other room did not.
