"Disappointing and disgusting"

The room wasn't clean, sheets were not changed, floors weren't mop, bed covers with stain, room smell like cigarette. I had to pay $25 extra for early check in.

"This was the absolute worst experience with this property and I absolutely would not recommend."

The location was the only positive.

The room was dirty. There was men’s dirty underwear tucked behind the bed. Black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling fan. There was also a very strong musty odor in the room. The air condition was extremely noisy. The staff refused to give me a refund and stated they had to clean the room because I used it so they charged me even though the room was not even clean when I got there.
