MAJOR remodeling improvements needing made to rooms for a safer stay!

Fairly clean. Easy access to resaurants and shopping

HAD TO REACTIVATE MY ROOM CARD EVERY TIME WE RETURNED TO THE ROOM OR AT LEAST EACH DAY. THAT IS BULL.

The property was in horrible condition. The rooms were smelly and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Our key kept deactivating and twice the staff was no where to be found. Cops are there every night for security. One of the officers told me it was a very unsafe place that’s why they are there.

This place is a dump! Dirty, nasty, smells like cigarette butts! Bugs flying around in the room. dead bugs on the window. Shady people hanging around the property. As soon as I saw the room I immediately went back to the office, checked out, and booked a room at another hotel! I'm calling Red Roof corporate to tell them about this hotel, it gives Red Roof a bad name!

It was alot more run down than the pictures portray online. I had to pay $100.00 security deposit. Our room had no phone , no hangers and one of the beds had hair and grass on the made bed. The other bed wasn’t made and had no comforter. The cleaning lady was nice and did her best to fix it. I felt unsafe. There weren’t many guests or cars but those who were there were loud. Also, the refrigerator was loud and the air conditioner roared. It was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep.

Worst Ted Roof Inn we’ve stayed in… had to change rooms … 1st room was not fully cleaned … old soap in shower … 1/2 full drinking cup on sink… the hair dryer had been taken off the wall & light over vanity didn’t work properly! Our new room reaked of cigarette smoke in a facility that was posted as Smoke free

The first night none of the lights worked in the room. I asked to be changed in the morning before I left for our family function. When returned to get the new room I was told I was checked out and had no room to stay. After standing my ground they gave me a room. Those are the pictures of the room they put me in. Plus the toilet didn't work. In the morning I went to complain to a manager but was met with hostility to the point they tried to call the police on me bc they were wrong and I wasn't budging that they owed me money for my room back.
