Fair View Inn & Suites

This place is filthy! Sheets obviously not washed, full of stains and hair. When I told manager he gave me another room key and said try this one. It was the same as the first, disgusting! I told him we would not be staying there and got a refund but no apology for anything. I would not recommend this place for anyone, the Health Department should shut them down!

Worse motel experience ever… very nasty motel.. the chair was disgusting, went to management about it and was told will fix another day. The bed spread was filthy… Just a horrible place to stay…

The room was disgusting. Had bugs and the bed sheets weren't clean. DID NOT STAY!

Its kind of in a bad section of Memphis, but the motel has a gat that lock at night.

Place looked shady, sheets had stains, and some rooms had a funky smell. We brought bikes into the room just to play it safe. Staff was friendly and approachable. Was planning for a long night. However it was surprisingly quiet and we slept well. Thanks

I felt unsafe at this property. I almost missed my flight due to the limited transportation options. Horrible expreience

This was by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to in my life. We tried to get a refund and the guy refused. He kept trying to get me to take another room. Literal holes in the sheets and absolutely filthy rooms. Also saw very unsafe several people doing pretty shady things in the parking lot.

The location was not in a safe location. We did not feel safe leaving our vehicle. We walked into the room and left within 30 seconds. The smell was overwhelming. The pictures we’re deceiving. We would never have booked this hotel if the pictures showed what we were really paying for.
