Terrible from moment I opened the door! Bugs on windows, room reeked of smoke, pubic hairs and dead bugs around toilet and in shower, and sheets on bed were bloodstained....and had the audacity to refuse my refund request

We booked a non smoking and was given a smoking room. The room was horrible. There was soot all over the walls. Dark black marks. The towels were worn and the bed sheets looked very worn. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom door had a huge crack throughout I don’t know how it functioned. We couldn’t and wouldn’t sleep in the bed. We had to stay up until we could get out of there at 4:00AM after arriving at 1:00AM. It’s not in a safe neighborhood. We had a knock on the door at 4:00AM. The man was looking for someone and had the wrong room. Definitely didn’t feel safe. If you like a clean room, a comfortable bed and a safe neighborhood, this is not the place for you.

The towels were dirty . It was not what I expected , for the price I paid I expected it to be cleaner and nicer!

Location great....reserved 2 rooms (non-smoking). Regular king room was not up to standards. Bathroom not clean, hair everywhere. Bedding had cigarette holes as did the curtains. In the upgraded king room wasn't any better. As soon as I opened the door the stench of smoke was everywhere with an ashtray on the table. Clerk offered to 'spray' the room! Never again.

room was comfortable and people friendly. i felt safe staying byself next to meta and mega bus stop. held my room until i arrived after 8pm. not the lap of luxery fut worked for what I needed. the water was hot and air cold

Desk Clerk very courteous. Rooms are affordable & clean. Hotel is located next to bus station which is ver convient. I would recommend coming back. Stores are walking distance. Rooms are wifi compatible. Beds very comfortable.

Great new clean room, with a great price. Vary good WI-Fi and vary friendly front desk staff. The location was great for my fiance and my self next to the bus station with stores vary close by. I will definitely stay here again.

Very professional, very clean, and great customer survice. I come to memphis every 2 weeks and this is the only hotel i book with not to mention they are very much so affordable with a new upgrade to security with a key entry fence.

The motel was dirty, smelly and very over-priced for the room we rented. The hotel clerk was not very courteous or friendly. We had previously stayed with Americas Best in St. Joseph, Mo. and we very pleased with the motel and staff but the one in Memphis was horrible. Not recommended at all.
