Location!

The room needs to be cleaned better. The room smells like cigarettes.

Convenient location

They advertise breakfast on the property, but nothing was available. They don’t serve breakfast. The hotel was Dirty. I ended up cleaning it myself. There were multiple stains all over the sheets and bedspreads. The tiles were not clean either. I ended up going to buy my own at the store.

No guide for the TV. Took forever to figure out the channels.

We were driving from Georgia to Massachusetts and needed a place to rest for the night. This was the most affordable option in the area, which is why we chose it. However, upon arrival, we didn’t feel comfortable with the location—it didn’t seem like the safest environment, especially since we were traveling with two children and a dog. Ultimately, we decided not to check in and continued driving through the night for peace of mind. It may be an acceptable option for adult travelers, but families with kids may want to use caution when considering this location. When we called the front desk to let them know we weren't going to be checking in, we called twice then on the third time someone picked up. Then while we were talking the receptionist hung up on us. Either way we were out $100.
