My room was filthy and I had cigarette burns in my sheets . It was supposed to be a non smoking room

Night clerk was a jerk very unprofessional

It was very dirty ashes in the drawers floor was dirty, no ashtrays in a smoking room’s cigarette butts all over outside, like they stand outside there door and smoke and then toss it. The TV could have better selections promised $100 a night not even 24 hours!

This is the worst establishment you could ever stay at. Rude, disrespectful and absolutely a terrible business of “hospitality”.

I booked on booking.com paid then at check in had to pay another $50 I didn't check inn until late when we arrived in town still paid full price just kinda ridiculous for just a few hours stay.

The man running front desk was very not business like while we was there another visitor asked for clean towels he told them no he was asking themhe was very rude to us over the bank card issue the bed was nothing but springs had dirty floors wont be staying there again only reason my mother in law is in the hospital mercy health anderson

Dirty, outdated. Uncomfortable. Smelled like an ashtray even in a non smoking room. Bathroom was nasty.

New comforter on bed.

Room was not clean, looked as if it has been lived in and stickers were on the door including one that said "careful student driver". Staff wasn't even at front desk when arrived and someone finally came and unlocked the door so I could check in. Very little parking. Very outdated room and a dirty 5×5 piece if carpet at front of door of room. Chairs fabric was peeling off of it.

Nothing

The place was very dirty and the office staff was high and the office smelled like marijuana.

Location staff was helpful and nice

Bathroom was extrwmely small and the door waz busted up
