Location, staff was a bit helpful at first.

My room was not accessible by the room key because of the battery in the door lock. I had to move upstairs. And the bed upstairs was nasty like the sheets had not been washed or cleaned. Full of somebody else’s hair. And when I asked for new sheets, I was told to come to the office and make the bed myself. Not the reason why I go to a hotel.

My brother stayed instead of me and they asked him 3x to pay the Saturday nite bill which i had already paid for and told them him and his wife would be staying. Not me as I was out of town.

Staff getting their act together. Took 4 different shifts to clear it up
