Location. First bad review over several stays. Due to very bad staff attitudes.

Requested two bed units not available. Had to upgrade to more expensive units. 30 + minutes as clerk ‘looked’ for accommodation. King bed totally not comfortable. Argument with clerk because room key failed to work and she didn’t want to issue new key because of policy.

Great location.

Shower was nice, but the rest of the bathroom hadn’t been updated. No counter space to spread out toiletries. It was clean but there were bugs!!!
