Red Roof Inn Evergreen

We visited from Tennessee where is has been cold, and I specifically reserved this hotel since it stated it had a pool, upon checking in, the clerk told us the pool was broken. This really was disappointing and I was thinking about looking for another hotel The Bathrooms are outdated, the little fridges are rusted at the bottom, but the keep the drinks cold, so it does it’s job. The water pressure was good in the shower, but the water didn’t drain to quickly. We used the coffee maker and it took quite a bit for the coffee to finish brewing. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked (not many channels)- on the day of check out - housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9am ( check out is 11am) I let her know we’d be out by 11. With in those 2 hrs - house keeping would randomly walk by and say ‘house keeping’ - I watched this happen as the curtains were partially open. If you’re looking for a hotel for a night or two, this will do the job. We were visiting family so we weren’t in the room long . The ice machine worked, but the soda vending machine was empty. We didn’t check out breakfast.

It was unkept and sheets were not clean. No coffee or anything in the morning. Office doors stayed locked till 7

When my father and i arrived there a woman working had a "don't bother me attitude" so i check in we get to our room refrigerator doesn't work. So she switched our rooms. Next room lights didn't work , found a handful of black hair in the bathtub (not ours). "Free wifi" never worked the whole time we were there. Asked about it multiple times no answer. Was locked out of our rooms for our 2nd night. Was blamed by the guy for being locked out. Then it comes to the check out. I walk in, the guy working ignores me completely. My dad comes in "hi sir how can i help you" continues to ignore me until my dad said everything was under my name. Then he reluctantly talks to me. Was so happy to get away from there. Would not recommend this place to anyone, let alone my worst enemy.

Property was located right off the highway...so very convenient to access.

This property is in terrible condition and is not worth the $80 plus dollars we spent for a room!!! I felt somewhat unsafe. The door throw lock had been broken off on 2 rooms we were out in. Our first room’s electricity was out and we were out in another room. The new room’s electricity worked but the throw lock was also broken off. The curtains were broken n spots which did not allow trhem to close. The company should be embarrassed to have this place branded w ur name.

The bad slept well that was the only thing good. The breakfast was not ready until 6:25 and then the eggs and sausage were cold. The hotel room itself had paint that was is chipped marks in the wall or something it's scratched it most of the way 3/4 the way up the wall over the head of the bed and then there's an adjoining room and that door paint was worn off a very clear line worn off there the sink was faucet was loose. The guy who was bringing breakfast out had a hacking cough I felt. I felt that he should not have been there. I'm surprised quality Inn has her name on this hotel. I've not seen a poor one. Thank you!

The rooms were very nasty.. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room up

1st room sent to wasn't ready or clean, The toilet didn't work in the room we stayed in but it was clean. this is an average place to stay

Pool was black, rooms are poorly patched up bathrooms also, very few rooms had working hot water, or refrigerators carpet pulled from walls , beds hard ,I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!!! ROACH IN DRAWER

The first room they put us in didn’t have a working air conditioner and was filthy. They did agree to move us to another room with a working air conditioner. It was cleaner than the first, but not what I would expect for the amount of money paid. Also, the dining area where they served breakfast was dirty when we checked in around 4PM. We did not have breakfast there the following morning...
