"Was a nice overall stay for my 3 days in West Sacramento."

Breakfast was ok. I was thankful for it, but would have liked more protein choices. Only had yogurt available. I did get my room cleaned for my 2 night stay, which I didn't think would happen.

Disappointed that I inadvertently reserved 2 rooms and was unable to get any kind of credit. Booking told me to contact the hotel, the hotel told me to contact booking, very disappointed. The shower sprayed all over and truly made a mess. Rusted shower curtain rod.

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and personable. Parking was easy.

Shower head had mold. The toilet paper holder was rusted out. Floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. No soap in the room. AC smelt like mildew, the machine even said the filter needed to be changed.
