The room still smelled of cigarettes. The smell even began sticking to my clothes

Easy to get an Uber ride from the airport. Check in staff helped out. Bed was very comfortable.

Bugs behind the bed in first room. We requested a new room. It was ok. All edges against wall in both rooms had debris and should be vacuumed with more detail for 100% cleanliness. Not blaming housekeeping, but instead management for excepting this quality for their guests.

Friendly staff, clean room and quiet stay. Close to airport for our early departure.

The front desk personnel were stellar. I am horrible about getting names, but our check-in person was quite awesome. Not the greatest part of town, maybe, but we felt safe. The property is comparable to other Quality Inns I have stayed at in different states. The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. There is a Denny's 100 yards from the room, and other walkable options nearby (Carl's Jr., Black Bear Diner) with other restaurants in easy driving distance.

Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. The breakfast did not look like the online pictures and only had waffles, muffins and cereal. No hot items or toast. We dealt with 3 staff members. One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system.

Out dated and carpet was dirty

Didn’t use the pool. The first room we were given was dirty and smelled. Asked for a different and theywere happy to give us another. It was clean and didn’t smell. We had an early flight.

Parking was near the room (outside entrance) on the ground floor.
