Rajska by PI Apartments

The property is located a short walk from the main square. Had seen reviews regarding getting access to the property and how poor the communication was,but I booked through Expedia and the communication was excellent,I booked the taxi service for the airport transfer which was great and on the day of arrival I received a message with all the arrival details and codes to gain access to the building and to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious,clean and we'll equipped. Would definitely recommend.

The location is well situation 5 mins walk to Old Town, tram stops and shoppings. People who stayed there and all staff were friendly and approachable.

Really disappointed to arrive and find we had 2 different rooms to the ones we had booked! Asked the lady we had spoken to earlier and she told us the requested rooms had been trashed by previous occupants and she had to move us last minute, however didn’t tell us in the earlier phone call - waited until we asked! Cleanliness was not at all up to standard, marks in toilet bowl and lots of dirt in corners of the rooms. Balcony door was not able to open and handle was close to falling off! Not at all soundproof as advertised, noises from rooms next door, opposite and above us and from the street were definitely very noticeable! Shower head had two missing nozzles so water literally just poured out. However bed was very comfortable and location was perfect!

The property was great. Just a little away from the main square but out of the hustle and bustle. Plenty of good shops around and restaurants with, amazing food. A special thanks to Magdalena. Her comunication was great and nothing was a problem, even when our flight was cancled. She arranged a taxi to the airport for us at pretty short notice. Its very well priced there. Day trips are brillient. Tours to the Tatra mountains and thermal spa was nice. Lots of snow on the mountain tops still. A little earlier in the year and i think there would be plenty of snow, lower down too. Auschwitz and Birkenau, has to bee seen! You could not had believe just, what went on there.

Great hotel for location. very noisy at night into early hours , Saturday night until 5.30am very loud with drunk people. Not suitable if you want a good nights sleep or have children

Great communication with the property, able to check in early free of charge and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in krakow!

All good, flexible, communicative and helpful in case of issues. Great location 10mins walk from the old town square, shops and restaurants around, modern design apartments. Has all it needs, only missing thing is a frying pan 🙂

On arrival bed was broken, so then had to go to another room. Then the staff were very rude. There was never anyone at reception despite the fact it says there would be. Also there is NO luggage storage although the AD says there is. This hotel is an absolute shambles and I would say to not stay there. Also they will give you a single duvet for a double room, when you ask for another duvet they’ll charge you extra for it, such a rip off!

Apartment was not as expected. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which was not clean as well. Neither were the bedsheets. Mattress was too hard to sleep and the blanket was too small for 2 people. Pillows were also the worst I've slept on. It looked like that the apartment hasn't been used for sometime and there was some kind of abundance regarding the cleaning and the maintenance of the facility. Door handling and shower holder were damaged as well but restored after I contacted the reception. Overall it wasn't what I was expecting for.
