Rajska by PI Apartments

There was a bad smell in the bathroom which was really unpleasant. Also the WiFi wasn't working at all...

Nice, spacious and clean apartments. Newly refubished/built. However in one of the apartments, the bathroom had an disgusting odour throughout the stay. Bearable but not pleasant. On the positive side you get almost a complete kitchen, with microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, coffee machine. The aparthotel is unmanned, so don't expect an receptionist. Location is okay, as Uber is not expensive at all in Kraków. A small store and a pizza restaurant in the building

Great hotel only issue was there was no actully person on site so everything was done by email this wasnt a problem until i wanted more pillows and bin bags etc

Är mkt nöjd med min vistelse. Hotellet var obemannat men jag fick tydliga instruktioner ang in och utcheckning. Rummet var rent och i köksdelen fanns vad en kan önska sig.

Apartments where spotless, everything there that we needed. Not to far from the main square. We had a party of six in three apartments everyone perfect for our stay. Would recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Property and amenities were adequate for our 2 night stay.. The shower head didn't stay up on the riser bar no matter what we tried and as hubby is 6dt tall this was frustrating. We would've also liked more pillows. The property was only a few minutes walk to main square which was lovely.

Pros: Great location, trendy accommodation, clean and well equipped, modern, spacious. Apartment that I stayed in was very good. Cons: Poor Communication, Email doesn't specify the digital entrance sequence. Most guests were stuck at the door not knowing to press the key sign first then the code. Staff emailed me the wrong key safe number, only to get a message to say it wasn't updated. Finally after 30 minutes of trying to get in security guard finally got the right code, upon entrance into the room, it was the wrong one. I paid extra on Hotels.com for a 'nature' room & I got the pink room. Staff tried to resolve this the next day but still did not deliver because I was late to get back to the apartment due to traffic. Something beyond my control. Very disappointed by the lack of accountability shown by PI on this occasion. Could have been a 5 ***** but will give it a 3.

The room had everything you need and is very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful with all my questions and even booked our transfers to and from the airport. Krakow town centre is only roughly a 10 minute walk.

Nice modern room. Comfortable bed. Clean room. One night stay. No bottle of water and the coffee machine didn't well.
