Terrible experience. I stayed for 2 nights and had no hot water the entire time, forcing me to drive to a truck stop just to shower. My room also didn’t have a fridge or microwave, even though they were listed when I booked. Customer service was just as bad—they offered minimal points and then refused to do anything further, closing my case with no real resolution with the problems I endured. This place does not deliver what it advertises and clearly does not care about its guests. I would not stay here again.

The room was horrible, very dirty. It looked old which is not a problem but filth was. Couldn’t use sink it had a crack and hole in it! Sheets had stains as did one of comforters. We checked out at 4 am and sat in our car for 5 hours rather than relaxing in room. The front desk guy acted surprised with our concerns. We stayed in another Red roof that it would be ok but now I’ll probably never stay in another Red roof.

When I checked in I was tired I was hot and out of sorts. The only good thing about this room was the air conditioner it did put out some cold air. For the rest of the evening I just relaxed and didn't really pay attention to the room. It was the next morning that I noticed just how disgusting the room was, and when I saw roaches crawling across the desktop I immediately got my things together and checked out at 7:00 a.m. I spoke with the manager directly and my opinion is he doesn't care about the quality of a guest stay. Myself I will never stay this motel again

Only good was friendly staff, safety lock on door was broke off, bathroom door would not shut, toilet was loose felt like it was going to fall over, when you stepped down on the plank flooring water would come up between the seams, tv remote only half worked.

Tge place was filthy. It freaked of weed and cigarettes. We canceled our reservation tge second we arrived to our room because we were disgusted.

DOD NOT HAVE MY ROOM! Made a reservation but….. They left me stranded at 11:30 at night, exhausted with two kids!!!

Start with the good: I didn't see any bugs. The bathroom was dirty. There was drywall mud and debris all over the floor. No TV in the room. Th linens were stained and dirty. Overall maintenance was far below shoddy with gaps in the flooring and non-functioning switches. I've slept in far worse places in the Army, but this place is in the running for worst place I've stayed.

Beds were dirty, roaches in room. smelled like smoke. sink was filthy and broken. bath tub was very dirty. it said Motel was renovated a year ago and this is false. floors were cracked and broken
