Breakers Resort & Beach Bar

The hotel is conveniently located and has a beautiful beach with accompanying view. Nightly bonfires are an added touch, even if you stay on your patio or balcony. The staff are all very friendly. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) are very small and could use some serious updating, especially for the price you are paying. You can most definitely hear everything in the adjacent rooms. I was leery of this as I have an autistic teenager who can be loud when excited or overwhelmed. The pizza is good; the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It does make a good location and atmosphere for a family vacation, but it's also a bit of a "party" set up, and the rooms and hallways have taken a little beating from it. That being said, everything was clean, and it did get quiet after about 10PM (and we were there on a Friday and Saturday night with a walkout to the beach).

Property was okay. A bit outdated and the bartender at the club talks waaaaaay to much.

This place is great to just go and relax and never have to leave the resort. The employees were great and helpful and kind and the hotel and room were very clean. Both restaurants on the property were great along with all their other amenities. Highly recommend!

Beds were so comfortable, listening to the waves every night until we fell asleep was magical, the pizza and apps were mouth watering and Chris and Lindsay made some intoxicating treats😜 We spent 3 nights there and would stay again if we return to the area!

The staff were super friendly. We used their shuttle to get to the ferry dock. We had dinner at their restaurant that night and had a fabulous meal.

It is lake front. We could actually walk on the beach from our room. The room is spacious the staff is helpful and friendly. They have a decent restaurant on property.

The property had an awesome waterfront location and we loved the view from our private balcony. We were helped at the concierge desk by Beverly. She was extremely helpful with giving us rundown for the Island prior to us heading out. She was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful time on our trip! The staff was excellent and very welcoming. We were told about a ton of tourist areas and some lesser known places to go that we would not have known about. The resort was all around a good experience. The cleaning of the rooms left a little to be desired. The room itself was mostly clean, but the floors in the corners had lots of debris and could have been vacuumed a bit better. The rocks on the shore make it difficult for people without some kind of water shoes if they want to go into the water (which really cant be improved upon) and The Club restaurant off of the hotel was excellent every time we had a meal, except, surprisingly; the last day. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a server to even welcome us and ask for drinks and waited over an hour to get our food. Every other time was great except that one day so I give it benefit of the doubt. Great food,great people, wonderful scenery. We plan on visiting again at some point hopefully soon
