Beverly was the best!! So helpful and knowledgeable. She always checked on us and asked if we needed anything.

Got disappointed because we’ve seen used baby diapers in the balcony and in the bathroom from the previous guests.

Great place to stay. I had to request that the soap and shampoo dispensers be filled which was done quickly.

Staying here was a true pleasure. We loved our room, and the staff was wonderful. We could tell they put a lot of pride into their service. The beach was right out the door with bonfires every night. The pool & hot tub was so clean & nice and was available 24/7! We really enjoyed the bar & restaurant where there was a wonderful complimentary breakfast every morning. There was also a 24 hr. coffee & water station which included flavor infused water. There were free shuttles to the ferry for the island and to the casino. We had so much fun & were sorry we had to leave.

This resort was wonderful!

Our room could have been a little cleaner around the back end of the bed on the floor but everything else was Great! All the workers we came in contact were very personable and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Very nice hotel! We had a balcony view that overlooked the lake. The tiki bar was also available with food to eat on the beach and the bon fires were going while kids roasted marshmallows. They had a lovely heated swimming pool and a good size spa. The concierge was available to assist you and we were able to get the ferry tickets to travel to Mackinac Island. We had only stayed one night but I wish we would have stayed at least 2. The food in the restaurant was good and we enjoyed the free breakfast.
