Northway Inn Queensbury - Lake George

Needs upgrades. Very run down. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accomodate a request for a first floor room for an elderly guest in our party.

This is a motel, not a hotel. The price was cheap for the area. No breakfast. The staff was helpful. Wifi is free. TV had decent channels. There are restaurants and shops to walk to. Definitely worth the price.

Never been to a motel that doesn't offer coffee two washcloths most places have four I'm glad I brought soap no hair dryer no iron no amenities oh well there's always other motels

Very convenient location near restaurants and retail stores. Old style motel which was clean but could use a remodel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are newly renovated inside. Outside is a work in progress. Amenities like shampoo and conditioner were not on hand, no coffee but there is a gas station a stone’s throw away.

It was very good. Only negative was that the refrigerator should’ve been a little colder. But overall clean and I was very satisfied.

Beds had seen better day's sagged terribly and no support couldn't sleep most of night and towels very thin so didn't have enough of them

The hotel was exactly what we were expecting for what we paid, staff were helpful, when our heating didn't work they were happy to move us to another room. The place is not in great condition but you get what you pay for and it is close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a quick overnight if you are passing through town.

Poop stain on the bed sheet, holes in the walls, white stains on the bed spread. My non smoking room was a disgusting smoke filled room and the manager Sharon said I had to just deal with it, they all smell like smoke. I’ve never been to a more disgusting motel. Nasty attitude at the front desk, not willing to help in any way, serious attitude problem. Gross place, should be completely knocked down and rebuilt. Gross is putting it nicely.

It was ok but could of been cleaner and also could of had some coffee and lil shampoo not just a tiny bar of soap for what was charged to stay there
