Location was ok, was definitely not .5 miles from center of town

They moved us 3 times, water poured from ceiling, electric outlets not working, hot tub broken,no am free breakfast as advertised.

I arrived at about 5:15 pm. At 9 pm a father with his toddler daughter in tow unlocked my door to enter; I got up in my boxer shorts to see why someone was entering my room. The father realized quickly he was entering an occupied room and headed back to the office. HOW did the office staff come to give keys to MY room to another customer???
