Good water pressure in the shower. Heat worked great. Ice machine worked. Front desk worker during the day (man) was very nice. Evening worker (woman) not so much.

1. There was a dirty fork on the floor of my room when I checked in. 2. Not staffed 24/7. I needed help with a broken hair dryer at 7:15am. Office door was locked even though sign said they opened at 7am. I called the phone number on the sign...mailbox full, couldn't leave message. 3. THREE times my room key stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. 4. Use the manual door lock! TWICE housekeeping tried to walk in even though I had my 'do not disturb' sign out. 5. The whole place smells like pot and cheap carpet cleaner.

Quiet, very helpful staff Especially when we returned after lobby hours and the room keys didn’t work.

The location

Crumbs on the bed when I walked in. Pool and hot both closed and wasn’t aware of it anywhere on website. Bathroom was not cleaned. Mold in bathroom, mold in ceiling. They said there is continental breakfast in the book inside room, but no breakfast is served. Should have asked for a credit for all the rooms I paid for.

Some electrical outlets did not work, t.v. did not work, coffee machine did not work, shower curtain too short leaving water spillage on bathroom floor, toilet flushed erratically, fridge freezer did not work properly. When this writer conveyed thus infirmation to staff, staff advised they would email management with theses concerns. As of thevtime if checkout, none of abofe issues had been rectified

The room was clean.

No Pool. No breakfast. All the room lights weren't functioning. Rooms were not next to each other even when rooms were availble.

It wasn’t a quiet location, so it was peaceful

$200 a night for that was ridiculous. Beds are hard as a rock. The rugs are nasty like they’ve never been clean in the bathroom was not very clean.
