beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, room had a fridge

first room we were in the lock failed so we had to move at 11:30pm after they jimmied the lock with a coat hanger and a mirror. next room the showerhead only pointed down, was unable to adjust...batteries on the remote failed and we found dirty clothes in one of the drawers and one of the lights was out in the room.

Location is good.

The wall heater didn't work. The up temperature button literally was not there. Like putting a finger into the cavity. Set at 74 and no heat ever came in so, left electric heater in bathroom on high all day with door open. Was like that when we arrived. Leak in bathroom ceiling so when sitting on toilet, water dripping down back. See photo for back of shirt. Fire alarm went off at 4 am due to a pool heat sensor as supposedly staff allowed spa to run with low water. Fire department came 20 mins. No police first responders as would have been expected. Possible black mold problem in bathroom.

I like everything, the stuff was really good and helpful

Great value and location. Rooms were clean heat worked well.

The tvs are small . Also the fridge in the room didn’t work.

Location to our activity

No staff after 11 pm, our room keys stopped working, no hair dryer and the ice falling off the roof kept us up, we left at 2:30 am
