clean, needs an update.

We did not get fresh towels on the second day no one offered to refill anything in our room. no tissues, extra toilet paper. Usually hotels/ motels restock make up your bed, there was nothing like that.

Horrible, could not stay. Had to check out and request a refund after trying two separate rooms. Place reeks of air freshner, there is mold, it's very dirty and run down. Torn and stained carpet throughout common areas. Non working bathtub. Stained walls and floors, just AWFUL.

Location/close proximity to mirror lake

The weirdest thing is our friends got a room which was already occupied by someone else. Then, we had to go back to the front desk to give us a new one. Additionally, there was no system for central coffee/even water filter.

The carpet in the hallway was filthy. We had the same washcloths and towels for 4 nights. Bed/ mattress was very uncomfortable

It felt very tired and was very expensive
