the front staff called to let me know that the payment didn’t through

this property does NOT offer breakfast. please don’t be fooled by wrong information! when I informed them that booking.com says ‘Breakfast Included’ they knew it already but didn’t seem to correct the wrong information. It looked clear to me they were trying to mislead guests allure to their property

Neglected property. Room lamp shades all missing. Light switches did not work properly. Furniture damaged. Drawers missing. Everything run down. Truly an awful experience.
