i did not like that there was no working phone in my room. my heater was also damaged and the room i slept in had open comdom wrappers on the ground.

I hated how heartless front desk staff was with the whole situation!

I didn’t like ANYTHING about the property.

Everything. The room was dirty, sheets had stains, shower and sink had hair in it.

It was adequate.

The lights had no shade; just bare bulbs. The bathroom light would not turn on without jiggling it.

The bathroom was very nice with fresh, clean panels in the shower and what looked like a new toilet. There was no problem with the refrigerator. The sink just outside the bathroom was good but cracked. Then there were plenty of things that needed improvement. The blanket was dirty, old, and had cigarette holes. The sheets were clean but had holes too. Three of the four lamps had missing shades. One of the cabinets only stayed shut with cardboard inserted. The furniture was really old, and I would not sit in the dirty chair. The air conditioner worked but was really dirty. The advertised breakfast consisted of free coffee, but if you wanted anything else, there were only vending machines. I stayed there three nights, but they never even came by to pick up trash or check anything. I would not stay there again.
