It’s was filthy are rude front desk person

This room was exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, and courteous nice lady at the front desk. For the price of this room, this was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

Room was really dirty. Breakfast had almost nothing but waffles and cereal.

The clerck guy who was very resolutive and proactive. And the location.

We booked two rooms. The first one was okay overall, but the carpet was noticeably dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. The second room, however, was a complete disaster — it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was trash everywhere, the bed was unmade, and it was clear that housekeeping hadn’t prepared it before assigning it to us. The manager was unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the front desk clerk stepped in, personally cleaned and prepared the room with the help of another staff member. After waiting for about an hour, we were finally given the same room, only partially cleaned. Overall, it was a terrible experience. However, I want to recognize and thank the front desk clerk for his effort, professionalism, and for doing his best to make things right — something the manager completely failed to do.

The bed was comfortable.

The room was not clean. There were spider webs behind the bathroom door that had collected hair from previous occupants. The hallway and our bathroom stunk of someone smoking marijuana. It was located in a sketchy neighborhood. The motel next door had an ongoing SWAT call going on by local Police. The breakfast was dismal.
