Quality Inn Albany Colonie

Beds were very comfortable and linen was clean.

This hotel does not in any way meet the standards of a Quality Inn. We had traveled for over 18 hours or we would have left. Just stayed long enough to sleep for a few hours then continued on with our journey. We did not even shower due to the conditions of the room.The room smelled like urine. There were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling that appeared to be blood. There was no handle to turn the bathroom sink on. The only offerings for breakfast was half frozen muffins, bagels, toast or frosted flakes. The only drink offering was OJ. All the rest were marked out of order.

Weird location.. is hidden behind a gas station. Room was fine, breakfast was basic. Nothing special No elevator

Quiet, clean hotel. Easy access to transportation. Good deal.

The room was clean.

The walls are very thin and you could hear the mother yelling at her toddler and her infant crying next door all night. Someone before had ripped the smoke detector out of the room and left the wires hanging - fire code violation. Customer Service was mediocre at best with the front desk after watching how another customer was treated.

The receptionist at the front desk was very nice.

The first room they put us in had a sink that was plugged and wouldn't drain. So we had to pack up and move to another room. The carpets could use a good cleaning and the hallways smelled strange. The continental breakfast left much to be desired.

I liked how comfortable the bed was & the room was clean.

I didn’t like how cold the pool water was and i didn’t like the breakfast.

This property is acceptable but a little run down. U fortunately we had loud neighbors and a noisy child near us

Hotel needs serious update and renovations. Also linens need to be changed out. I viewed several stained linens on bed.

Breakfast could be improved with eggs and meat protein along with what was available
