very beautiful property - close by to many tourist attractions. staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great layout of property in good location near port with nice views. Nice to finish the day relaxing in the lovely pool.

The breakfast is really poor.

Attractive complex of individual wooden villas typical of recent explosive development on the island. Clean, comfortable accommodations but not especially welcoming. Staff is a bit surly, lacking the efficiency, experience and warmth famously found on Bali. Reception was not on duty for early morning check-out which caused a mad rush to the return ferry.

I really like this resort. It takes a little effort to get here, since it’s on an island outside the Bali island. But it’s a nice resort. So I think it was worth it. Very nice staff, always helpful and smiling. Awsome infinity pool with seaview. Be aware that the resort is close to the only road that goes from the shore/port ,and with a lot of noisy motorcycles and cars on free exhause, there can be some noise from the road. Especially cause the bungalows are built with NO insulation what so ever. Only wooden boards. So this will also affect the heat inside the cabin on warm days. The aircon (or should I say heat pump), is not powerful enough to cool down the cabin on warm days. The food in the restaurant were good enough. But the pork bacon were terrible. They could really need to upgrade that. And why do they always sweeten the tea so much. Tastes like powder tea. Not good at all. Remeber that the last boat from Bali island leaves no later than 5pm. So make sure you get to the sore in time. We missed it by some minuts, and needed to book another hotel before we went out on the island the next day. No-one told us this. Not was there any information about this on Agoda when we booked the hotel. It seems like the whole islands shuts down at 10pm. So make sure you have had your dinner before this. We did not found anything open after 10pm. Not the restaurant at the resort had 24 hours room service. All in all a nice stay amongst very nice staff and at a nice place. The resort is located in a hill side, so the only thing I missed was to be able to see the sunrise / sunset. But no, you had to go somewhere else for that.

Ежедневно свежее постельное, полотенца, сочные фрукты на завтраке, чистота на всей территории, вид на величественнй Агунг. Вежливый персонал, удобное расположение.
