La verdad excelente un lugar perfecto para estar en Antigua Guatemala y el chico que nos atendió 10 de 10 sin duda volvería a alojarme en el mismo lugar.

"Pésimo y no reconocieron el gran error."

La casa estaba muy bonita. Barrio seguro y bonito.

Se les ocurrió pintar el cuarto principal por lo que la casa olía a pintura y no pudimos utilizar el cuarto en los 5 días de estancia. Se tubo que dormir en la sala. Nos dijeron que nos iban a reconocer algo de dinero por la molestia pero en su lugar nos enviaron un vino.

Nada

El trato. En el último momento se unió una persona de más al alojamiento. Los caseros en vez de ayudarnos nos decían que esa persona se tenía que ir que no podía quedarse habiendo sitio perfectamente y pretendía que dejásemos sola a una persona por Guatemala viniendo de fuera. La opción que nos dio fue pagar 100$ de más por la persona cuando la casa costaba 120$ la noche. Entendemos que haya que pagar pero no esa cantidad. Un completo timo y todo por sacar dinero cuando la casa tenía sitio perfectamente.
